Force of Nature

Force of Nature, a striking modern residence overlooking Albury, NSW, was designed to create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. With panoramic views and a focus on natural light, the home required premium glazing solutions that could deliver both energy efficiency and architectural impact, suitable for the region’s cooler climate.

This project demonstrates DLG Aluminium and Glazing’s ability to provide high-performance glazing that complements bold residential design. Using a mix of thermally efficient aluminium frames and expansive sliding door systems, the result is a home that feels open, light-filled and thermally comfortable all year round.

Challenge

The vision for this residence required floor-to-ceiling glazing that could maximise views and indoor-outdoor connection while maintaining energy efficiency in a cooler climate. Large glass areas needed to integrate seamlessly with the structure, allow for passive ventilation, and provide thermal and acoustic insulation.
