Product Information

We offer a wide range of high-quality aluminium windows and doors, including sliding, awning, casement, bi-fold, louvre, and double-hung windows, as well as sliding, stacking, hinged, and bi-fold doors. All products are designed to suit residential and commercial applications.

Yes, all DLG Aluminium & Glazing products are manufactured to meet or exceed relevant Australian Standards, including AS2047 for windows and doors and AS1288 for glazing.

Absolutely. We offer energy-efficient glazing solutions, including double glazing and thermally broken frames, to help improve insulation and reduce energy costs.

Customisation and Design

Yes, all our products are made to order. You can customise dimensions, configuration, glazing, frame colours, and hardware to suit your style and needs.

In most cases, yes. Our team can work with you to match existing styles, particularly during renovations or extensions. We may request photos or dimensions to assist.

Installation and Process

Production time varies depending on the size and complexity of the project. A standard residential job generally takes 20-25 business days. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe during quoting.

We offer professional installation by our qualified team for most projects. If you’re a builder or require supply only, we can also deliver materials for installation by your contractor.

Please ensure access is clear to the installation area. Remove any blinds, curtains, or furniture nearby. Our team will provide specific instructions prior to your installation day.

Maintenance and Care

Use a soft cloth with mild detergent and water to clean frames. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Tracks and hardware should be kept free of debris to ensure smooth operation.

Contact our team as soon as possible. We can assess the damage and advise on repair or replacement options. Most issues can be resolved quickly by our service team.

Orders and Warranties

You can request a quote via our website, over the phone, or by visiting our showroom. We may ask for measurements, plans, or photos to assist with accurate pricing.

Lead times vary depending on the product and season. On average, production takes 4–6 weeks from go-ahead. Our team will confirm timeframes during quoting.

Frame warranties generally range from 7–10 years, with 1–3 year warranties on hardware

We understand things change. Minor adjustments may be possible if your order hasn’t gone into production. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.

Our showroom is located at 74 Ceres Drive, Thurgoona. You’re welcome to drop in during business hours to view our product range and speak with our team.

Yes, we have a display in our showroom and can also provide photos of completed projects. Site visits may also be arranged for commercial or large-scale residential clients.
